Garry Lewis is a Baton Rouge developer who has participated a variety of successful commercial, residential and mixed-use development projects over the last twenty years. In addition, he has successfully developed similar Traditional Neighborhood Developments in other areas. Garry prides himself in assembling a solid team and following through on every commitment. Under Garry’s guidance, Suma Crossing will coincide with his vision of building Traditional Neighborhood Developments in which “you can live, work and play.” Garry and his wife Gayle have six children and reside in Baton Rouge. He is a retired Navy Captain and former Navy Pilot.

Douglas Villien is a regional Land Planning and Zoning Consultant. He retired after serving thirty years as a City Planner with the East Baton Rouge City-Parish Planning Commission. Doug believes that Smart Growth concepts are important to his Planned Community Developments and emphasizes, “Suma Crossing will truly become an exemplary Traditional  Neighborhood Development.” He is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and has a degree in City & Regional Planning. Doug and his wife Karen have three children and reside in Baton Rouge.
